How I do it

I begin my process by looking at exactly what your goal is, and what your website users need to get there. I clearly map out the information by order of importance to the user, focusing on the form it will have on the page, and the journey the user will make as they navigate the website. From there, I can craft what’s important into short, to-the-point copy in plain English. No frills, no distractions.
